Refund Policy

Refund of Payment Received:


If for any reason your admission can not be enrollment in UPRIGHT & NIELIT Courses by https://uprightinstitute.org and unable to enroll UPRIGHT & NIELIT Courses to you then we are liable to repay. https://uprightinstitute.org reserves all the right to determine a fair fee on the return of the course and service, and the same shall be binding on both parties. The refund process will be initiated once we confirm that your admission/enrollment selected course is not provided to you. In case refund request accepted, the amount will be refunded in the same mode you have paid

A refund request can be sent at [email protected] Refund request can be made within 7 working days of the online application made or before your registration.


Cancellation of Application:


You cannot cancel the application/admission once processed from our side with appropriate NIELIT & UPRIGHT authority and you completed the course then a certificate of same is issued to you. No refund will be provided once the application is done.

Force Majeure:


https://uprightcomputer.com shall not be considered in breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason because of the earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, the act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force majeure event").
